If you are planning to buy in the area, you may need some help finding those craftsperson's you need to put your finishing touches on your new home. Using the Yellow Pages is fine, but it is nice to have a list of folks whom someone has used before. If you are planning to sell a home here, you may need help to put it in the perfect condition for sale. This list will work for you too.
While we haven't used all of these folks personally, they have been recommended to us by previous customers or our colleagues. Because we all have different criteria for excellence, we recommend that you talk to several and choose the one which fits your pocketbook and personality. Make sure you get written estimates.
